frequently asked questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As of right now (May '23), I ship on Tuesdays and sometimes Thursdays. Once it's shipped, it generally takes 2-3 days to arrive. If you need it sooner, please message me and I'll do my best to get it to you in time for when you need it.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you a return label. Your refund is processed upon the arrival of the item in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please return items within 30 days of delivery.

If you'd like to exchange for a different item, size, or color: Exchanges are processed like a
return and you can order your preferred item through the shop at any time during the process.

We're so sorry for the inconvenience! This very rarely happens, but sometimes shipping is extra rough on our packages. Please message us a picture of it and we'll send a replacement product.

To check your shipment’s status, enter the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation email on the USPS website. Most shipping issues are successfully resolved by customers contacting their local post office. Please contact us if you have still not received your order 2 weeks after receiving a shipping confirmation email and we’ll try to come up with a solution!

Yes, although we do offer free shipping and you can probably get it delivered to you just as fast as it takes us to coordinate a pick-up. If you still want to pick up locally, please select the option during checkout and message us as soon as you place an order.

We offer international shipping through our Etsy store - head on over there and you can make an order that way!

Please message us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Because of our shipping systems, cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

We wish! Unfortunately, no.

Maybe! Shoot me a message on the contact page and we can try to work something out.

Yes! You can find my wholesale catalog here. The minimum order is ten prints, and the lead time is ~1-2 weeks. Please reach out via the contact page in order to set up an order.

Thank you for the interest! We don't sell any of our models at this time.

What you're looking at is called a z-scar - it's an unavoidable artifact of 3D printing caused by the beginning of each new layer. We do our best to hide them in the designs when we can, but it's something you'll find on any 3D printed object.

More likely than not, you have the correct size! The vertical nubs on the drainage trays are intended to keep the planter elevated so more water can flow freely into the tray.
Essentially, the planter rests on top of the plastic pieces. The diameter of the drainage tray should be just wider than the diameter of the base of the planter.

You can get in contact with me over on our contact page, and I'll answer your question as soon as I can.
